Return of Goods

You can return the ordered goods within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt. Only goods in their intact original packaging can be returned. Unpackaged or partially used goods cannot be accepted due to the nature of the product range. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Complaints

Any complaints will be handled on an individual basis. In the case of a justified complaint, the seller will cover the costs of returning the goods.
